In Memory of Cal Billingsley

Member Chance McGhee posted this statement on Facebook this morning.

Even though you know the news is inevitable, when you finally get that phone call that one of your best friends has passed, it hits you like a sledgehammer. Callan Billingsley passed away this morning after having surgery to remove a brain tumor about 4 months ago. Cal was an incredible person. I could write for days about all his positive attributes: very intelligent, father & husband who loved his family; always zealously represented his clients; you wanted him on your scramble golf team because he drove the ball over 300 yards; his wit was beyond compare….. but what I am personally going to miss most is simply him not being here. For the past 20 years, whenever I went to my bankruptcy court hearings or meetings, I looked forward to them because I knew my best friend was going to be there. Sitting together, having drinks and just talking about life and telling stories. Cal I love you man & already miss you so much. You left us way to early my brother.
