Subject: SBOT Resolutions at Annual Meeting 2019 – Delegate Form

Attached is one proposed resolution that was received by the April 1, 2019 deadline to be presented during the Annual Meeting in June. The Resolutions Committee will meet to discuss and vote on this resolution on Thursday, June 13 from 3:00pm – 4:00pm (registration) and 4:00pm – 5:00pm (meeting) at the JW Marriott Austin, Room 301-302.

Your local bar association is a member of the Resolutions Committee and is entitled to appoint one delegate for each 250 members or fraction thereof to attend. For your convenience, we have attached a delegate form and ask that it be returned to us by May 22, 2019. Please be sure to notify your delegate(s) of his/her appointment. We need 50 delegates present in order to have a quorum of the Resolutions Committee, therefore we urge you to have your local bar association represented and ready to vote on the proposed resolution during this meeting.

Please let us know if you have any questions.
