May 2021 Meeting: The Various Roles the Attorney General Plays in Bankruptcy Cases.

The monthly meeting for May, 2021 will be held on Tuesday, May 25, 2021 as an ONLINE CONFERENCE.

or – “We’re From the (State) Government, and We’re Here to Help,” – a discussion with Layla Milligan on behalf of the Bankruptcy Regulatory Team and Kimberly Walsh of the Bankruptcy Tax Team about the involvement of the Office of the Attorney General Bankruptcy & Collections Division in bankruptcy cases generally, specific issues that we see frequently, and ways to work together for successful and efficient resolutions of issues.

CLE CREDIT will be provided to participants. Following the session, please email your name and State Bar number to Trey White at treywhite@villawhite.com.

To prevent any zoom-bombing, the Zoom administrator will lock the meeting by 5:40 p.m. Once the meeting is locked, no one will be able to get in, even with the password. A recording of the session is anticipated, so that may be made available to anyone who can’t attend the meeting. Upon viewing the session, they can apply for CLE credit through the State Bar of Texas.
