The SABBA CLE for August will be Erica Giese and Jay Dewald from Jackson Walker presenting The Intersection of Civil and Criminal Law – An overview of how, when, and where civil law may implicate criminal law and legal concepts traditionally within the realm of criminal law and practice.

This is a great presentation that our bar will find very useful as there are (unfortunately) situations where the debtors we deal with are facing criminal charges arising out of the pre-bankruptcy past or sometimes even related to their conduct in bankruptcy.
